York police sought outside help in Stronach sex assault probe: source

Peel Regional Police began investigating Ontario businessman Frank Stronach after York Regional Police approached their neighbouring agency for assistance, a source told CBC News. The 91-year old, who founded multiple businesses based in York Region, faces 13 charges, including rape.
