U.S. Intelligence Says Foreign Actors Seeking To Better Hide Election Interference

According to the U.S. Director of National Intelligence, "foreign actors" are conducting or planning "influence operations" targeting the November elections, and increasingly refining their tactics "to better hide their hand."
