Eurozone GDP up 0.3 pct in Q2

BRUSSELS, July 30 (Xinhua) -- Seasonally adjusted GDP increased by 0.3 percent in both the eurozone and the European Union (EU) area in the second quarter of 2024, compared with the previous quarter, according to preliminary data released on Tuesday by Eurostat.

In the first quarter of 2024, GDP had also grown by 0.3 percent in both regions, reported the statistical office of the EU.
