Lodha records best-ever Q1 pre-sales of Rs 4,030 cr, adds Rs 11,000 cr projects

Macrotech Developers, known as Lodha, achieved its best first-quarter pre-sales of Rs 4,030 crore, marking a 20% year-on-year increase. The company's net profit surged by 186% to Rs 480 crore, and revenue grew by 76%. Three new projects were added in Mumbai and Pune, fulfilling over half of its development targets.
