Before Chloe Ricketts and the Washington Spirit take on the Chicago Red Stars in the NWSL x Liga MX Femenil Summer Cup at 7:30 p.m., six Spirit players representing three countries will take the pitch in France for their final group stage matches of the Olympics.

 

1:00 p.m. ET: USA vs. Australia

Preview:

Trinity Rodman and the USWNT conclude the group stage with a match against Australia. Coming off an emphatic 4-1 victory over Germany, the USWNT has already secured a spot in the quarterfinal but can automatically clinch the top seed out of Group B with a win or tie against the Matildas. Even with a loss, the U.S. could still be the top seed depending on goal differential.

How to Watch:

The Spirit is hosting a watch party at Bluejacket, and Spirit Bar Network partners metrobar and Astro Beer Hall will also be hosting watch parties.

Fans can watch the game live on E! Network and Peacock in English or on Universo in Spanish.

 

3:00 p.m. ET: Canada vs. Colombia

Preview:

Gabby Carle and Canada will face Leicy Santos and Colombia with spot in the quarterfinals on the line. Las Cafeteras currently lead Group A with three points and a plus-one goal differential, and a win or a tie would solidify their spot in the quarterfinals. Depending on the results of other matches, a loss would not automatically eliminate Colombia. Carle and Canada, however, must win in order to advance.
