How workplaces of today have to evolve to fulfil needs of a multi-generational workforces

The entry of Gen Z into the workforce alongside Millennials prompted organisations to adapt to diverse employee expectations. Companies began offering flexible work arrangements, well-being initiatives, and tailored training plans. They promoted intergenerational mentorship and reverse mentoring. Flexible schedules and support facilities were also introduced for employees with family responsibilities or returning from sabbaticals.
