Elevate Summit to connect PropTech and real estate leaders in Cyprus

Cyprus is set to host a new event aimed at bridging the gap between the real estate and proptech sectors, according to an announcement by the Doers Company.

The Doers Company, known for organising the technology and startup-focused Reflect Festival, is launching the Elevate Summit, which will take place on October 16-17 at Limassol’s Warehouse venue.

According to the announcement, the summit aims to bring together over 2,000 attendees from across the real estate and technology industries.

Stylianos Lambrou, the founder of The Doers Company, explained the idea behind the event. “Elevate aims to shake up traditional real estate events,” he said.

“We’ll combine the festival spirit we’re known for, the latest tech solutions, fresh perspectives, and a global outlook,” Lambrou added.

In addition, Lambrou said that “our goal is to create synergies between real estate and proptech players and promote a tech-forward approach to real estate”.

With 50 speakers, 70 exhibitors, and a variety of networking events, the Elevate Summit aims to offer a fresh take on traditional real estate events.

Moreover, the event is designed to foster collaboration between real estate developers, proptech innovators, investors, and policymakers, encouraging a tech-forward approach to the industry.

The organisers also said that the Elevate Summit is expected to attract a diverse audience at the intersection of real estate and technology.

“Real estate developers, proptech representatives, investors, architects, engineers, government officials, and policymakers will come together to understand the latest industry trends and proptech advancements, showcase their expertise, and explore promising investment opportunities,” they said.

Furthermore, the event will examine policies and regulations, in order “to foster a thriving proptech ecosystem”.

The objective, the announcement continued, is to increase the adoption of the newest solutions by real estate developers, agents, and investors.

“As a result of Elevate, we’re looking to encourage tech investments, smoother processes, and more proptech policy support,” Lambrou said.

“We trust that high-value connections will unlock new business opportunities, beneficial for the entire industry,” he concluded.
