Harvard-educated Odisha DIG-rank IPS officer suspended for misbehaving with inspector in Bhubaneswar

The Odisha government suspended DIG-ranked IPS officer Pandit Rajesh Uttamrao following allegations of misconduct with a woman inspector in Bhubaneswar. The officer had recently returned from a course at Harvard. The suspension was ordered by the Chief Minister based on a confidential report submitted by the DGP.
