Paris Olympics: PV Sindhu advances to R16 after beating Estonia's Kristin Kuuba

Indian shuttler PV Sindhu progressed to the Round of 16 in the badminton women's singles event at the Paris Olympics. She comfortably defeated Estonia's Kristin Kuuba with scores of 21-5 and 21-10. Earlier, Sindhu had also triumphed against Maldives' Fathimath Nabaaha Abdul Razzaq. Sindhu is now set to face He Bingjiao from China.
