Narinder Kaur, 54, was sentenced to jail for stealing £500,000 (Rs 5,09,65,000) from UK high street shops in a massive shoplifting scam. Over four years, she defrauded major retailers over 1,000 times. Convicted of 26 charges, Kaur’s home searches revealed £150,000 in cash and stolen goods. Investigator Steve Tristram called her the "most dishonest person" in 40 years.
