Grim end to Paris Olympic triathlon as runner VOMITS at finish line after swim in filthy Seine
A TRIATHLETE at the Olympics VOMITED seconds after crossing the finish line.
The event had been controversially delayed due to dangerous levels of E.Coli in the filthy River Seine making it unsafe for competitors to swim in.

The race eventually started on Wednesday morning, as Team GB’s Alex Yee pulled off a dramatic final push to snatch victory from New Zealand star Hayden Wilde at the death.
Yee could barely move once he crossed the line and he sat up watching the rest of his competitors finish as he regained his strength.
That meant he got a front row view of Canada’s Tyler Mislawchuk as he finished in ninth place looking a little worse for wear.
Mislawchuk took a few paces after finishing before hunching over and throwing up after his mammoth effort – which included swimming 1,500 metres in the River Seine after it was finally passed as safe to compete in.
Several athletes collapsed as soon as they finished, including silver medalist Hayden Wilde.
The Kiwi immediately embraced Yee after finishing and congratulated the Brit on his gold medal.
French bronze medalist Leo Bergere also sat down while his compatriot Pierre Le Corre shook hands with Yee and Wilde after coming fourth.
Wilde looked destined to win New Zealand’s second gold of the Olympics but Yee showed a burst of speed to overtake him in the final 200 metres.

There were fears the swimming leg would have to be dropped but the water was judged to be safe on Wednesday morning.
Athletes first swam 1.5km in the Seine, before a 40k bike ride and a 10k run to finish.
The day kicked off with the women’s event as Team GB star Beth Potter won bronze.
