SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Mangiamo is a dream come true for owner Rose Contadino. She opened the homemade pasta shop in 2020.

Contadino grew up making homemade pasta with her grandma and mother. Years later, she's sharing her family traditions with the community, one ravioli at a time.

The shop offers homemade pasta, cannolis, cheese and specialty ravioli, homemade sauce, bread , lasagna, and more. Mangiamo offers various specials each week, usually announced on social media.
