My sheets and clothes were carrot orange from self-tanner – a life-changing stain remover made them look brand new
A BEAUTY lover has revealed how she gets her sheets and clothes sparkly white after being covered in self-tanner.
She demonstrated how a stain remover was all she needed to make them look “brand spanking new.”
New York City resident Klea (@kleamxo) achieves her summer glow with a little help in the form of self-tanner.
She’s not shy about the fact that she regularly uses it, but she admitted that it gets all over her laundry as a result.

Klea shared her hack for getting the orange-tinged solution out of fabrics that look “permanently stained” in an Instagram Reel.
To show how “bad” it was, she held up a few shirts that should have been white but bordered on brown due to the tanning residue.
“I’m embarrassed to show you these but they are like carrot orange,” she said as she held a pile of sheets.
