SEXUAL VIOLENCE AWARENESS MONTH: DSVA SET TO PARTNER LASAA

The Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency (DSVA) has paid a visit to the Lagos State Signage and Advertising Agency (LASAA) to seek support and collaboration towards the upcoming Domestic and Sexual Violence Awareness Month

Speaking during a working visit to LASAA recently, the Executive Secretary of DSVA, Mrs. Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi noted that the planned collaboration is crucial in ensuring heightened awareness of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence, whilst leveraging outdoor advertisements. 

The Managing Director of LASAA, Prince Failu Akilolu commended the DSVA, reiterating the Agency’s commitment to projecting the various social programmes the State has implemented for its residents.   

While pledging his commitment and support towards the cause, he stressed that there was a need to increase and sustain the level of Advocacy by the Agency, assuring that he would endeavour to engage other stakeholders to join in elevating the advocacy drive.

The highlight of the meeting was the unveiling of some of the expectations for the month and questions/answers session with the Heads of Departments of LASAA
