Columbia Pictures' "The Green Hornet" Opens in Digital IMAX(R) Theatres This Friday

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 10, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IMAX Corporation (Nasdaq:IMAX) (TSX:IMX), and Columbia Pictures announce that the action-comedy The Green Hornet will be released to digital IMAX® theatres in the immersive IMAX® 3D format this Friday, January 14th. The film will open on 172 IMAX screens domestically, simultaneously with its North American wide release. The film will also open on at least 100 IMAX screens internationally, 13 of which will open this Friday, with the other runs debuting over the following weeks.
