Zac Efron Shouts Out Simone Biles for Record-Breaking Olympics Performance, Years After First Viral Meeting

Zac Efron is still one of Simone Biles‘ biggest fans!

The 27-year-old gymnast made history while competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics when Team USA won the gold medal during the Women’s Gymnastics Team Final. This earned Simone her eighth Olympic medal, making her the most-awarded U.S. gymnast of all time (and she still has more chances to extend her lead).

If you forgot, the actor, 36, and the gymnast had a viral exchange back in 2016 when Simone competed in the Rio games. They got flirty on social media before ultimately meeting in real life.

All these years later, Zac took to social media to praise the athlete for her latest achievement.
