How your quest to get more done might be causing more anxiety

‘Productivity anxiety’ often occurs when things at work feel stressful and you’re juggling many tasks. But there are ways that individuals (and companies) can handle it.

A lot of us want to learn how to get more done in a day. It’s why posts on productivity are among Fast Company‘s most popular. According to a Human Workplace Index survey of 3,000 full-time employees in the United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland, just over half—54%—say they do feel productive at work. While this sounds positive, it comes with baggage. Nearly 83% of respondents said they also have productivity anxiety.
