Warner Bros. Discovery sues NBA over bid for tv rights
BURBANK, California: Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has filed a lawsuit against the NBA, claiming the league unjustly rejected its matching offer for a media rights package.
The lawsuit, filed in New York state court, comes after the NBA announced new deals with Disney, NBCUniversal, and Amazon Prime Video, excluding WBD's offer.
WBD, the parent company of TNT Sports, seeks a judgment affirming that it mat
