I have been using the plan and have some ideas that are healthy and nutritious. I never really had a problem with weight when I was younger, but now it is very easy to put on the pounds. I guess when you are young you are more active, so weight isn't a problem. I now include some extra activity to my healthy living plan. I started swimming and walking they seem to be working very well. I have lost quite a few inches, and my clothes are fitting better, I am still trying to get back into those jeans I love so much.
