Extremely Hot and Hazy in Acadiana
More extremely hot and hazy weather is in the forecast for Acadiana this Thursday. Temperatures will climb into the upper 90s, pushing heat index values above 110° for much of the area. A Heat Advisory is in effect as well.
Scattered showers and storms become more likely over the weekend but we are not expected a washout Saturday or Sunday. High temperatures should remain in the mid 90s followed by the upper 90s next week.
