The Newcastle native was making the most of her time away, after get caught up in legal troubles over an accused “Instagram scam” involving multiple reality stars.

The celebs, including Geordie Shore’s Scotty T, Towie’s Lauren Goodger, and Rebecca’s ex Biggs Chris, were allegedly paid to push Instagram posts to their followers that promoted an unauthorised foreign exchange trading scheme.

The alleged ‘finfluencers’ were charged following a probe by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The FCA says the contracts for difference investments being flogged are high-risk, with 80 per cent of customers who invest in them losing money.

It is alleged Emmanuel Nwanze and Holly Thompson used Instagram account @holly_fx trends to provide advice on buying and selling CFDs, paying influencers including Rebecca to promote the scheme.

They each face up to two years in prison if convicted.

Rebecca appeared in court alongside Biggs and Jamie Clayton, another Love Island alum, at the beginning of July, and all plead not guilty to their role at Westminster Magistrates Court.

The group were all released on unconditional bail ahead of a provisional trial set for either February or March 2027.
