Biden calls Russia prisoner swap 'feat of diplomacy'

US President Joe Biden commended the diplomatic efforts that led to the release of US journalist Evan Gershkovich and ex-marine Paul Whelan in a prisoner swap with Russia. The deal also freed three other US citizens, a permanent resident, five Germans, and seven Russians, bringing an end to their prolonged ordeal.
