RBA to Cut Rates by November, Westpac Says

Australia’s second-quarter CPI data on Wednesday was strong evidence that price pressures continue to ease across the economy and the Reserve Bank of Australia will likely be in a position to cut the official cash rate by November, says Luci Ellis, chief economist at Westpac.
