Paris Olympics: Priyanka Goswami finishes 41st; bows out of women's 20km race final

Paris [France], August 1 (ANI): Indian athlete Priyanka Goswami finished 41st in the women's 20km race walk at the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024 on Thursday.

The 28-year-old runner clocked 1:39:55 at the Trocadero on her second Olympic appearance. She was the only Indian participant in the event in Paris.

Yang Jiayu of the People's Republic of China won the gold medal with a season-best time of 1:25:54. Spain's Maria Perez
