Amazon slashes price of AirPods alternative to lowest-ever $49.99 as fans call earbuds a ‘dream come true’
A PAIR of wireless earbuds has hit the market for a cool $49.99 – and buyers say they’re even better than AirPods.
Amazon has slashed the price of the TAGRY K08 Open Ear Wireless Earbuds by 29%, down from the original $69.99.
Each earbud can play continuously for at least 13 hours on a full charge.
This figure leaps to an impressive 80 hours with the charging case.
The case itself is decked out with an LED power display to clearly indicate how much power is left.
The earbuds pack a punch in terms of audio quality, with a finely-tuned microphone system that picks up a user’s voice while reducing background noise.
They are also waterproof and able to sustain a variety of weather conditions in addition to sweaty workouts.
The charging case is just 2.6 inches on its longest side, fitting easily in your pocket.
Like their pricier rivals, the earbuds boast touch controls that allow you to adjust your volume, switch songs, and answer calls without picking up your phone.
Perhaps the biggest perk is the Bluetooth 5.3 technology, which allows lightning-fast data transfer and a connection up to 33 feet.
