Albany Pro Musica announces 2024-2025 season
Albany Pro Music has released the schedule for their 2024-2025 season. Hosted by Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, 30 Second Street, the concert series is set to begin October 20.
TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- Albany Pro Music has released its 2024-2025 season schedule. Hosted by Troy Savings Bank Music Hall, 30 Second Street, the concert series is set to begin on October 20.
Critically acclaimed for its performances, the Albany Pro Musica, directed by Dr. José Daniel Flores-Caraballo, has a variety of concerts this season. Their season includes four concerts; the full schedule for their upcoming season is listed below:
APM 2024-2025 Season:
- October 20, 2024: Northern Lights- Music from Scandinavia
- December 15, 2024: The Many Moods of Christmas
- March 9, 2025: Considering Matthew Shepard
- April 26, 2025: Pro Musica on Broadway- A Gala and Concert
In addition to their regular season, the chorus will make a guest appearance at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and will host two choral festivals. APM will perform with the Philadelphia Orchestra at SPAC on Aug. 10 for Carl Orff's Carmina Burana and will host the High School Choral Festival on February 1, 2025, and the Pro Musica International Choral Festival from July 13-19, 2025.
