He has landed himself in hot water with authorities in the past for scaling properties such as the One World Trade Center and the George Washington Bridge.

However, this time, the 27-year-old, from Weehawken, New Jersey, has climbed up the Empire State Building, according to a post on his Instagram.

He scaled the 102-story art deco skyscraper in Manhattan, New York, on Monday, 29 July.

Justin shared a clip of the event on his Instagram, where he currently has over 1.2 million views.

In the video, he can be seen balancing himself on what appears to be the top of the building’s 1,454-foot high spike, just above the observatory.

Justin then pulls out an American flag and starts waving it in the air as his drone pans around him.

The post has garnered nearly 782,000 likes and thousands of comments in days.

“I never get tired of seeing our beautiful flag,” one popular page captioned the video in their repost.

In another video, Justin tags the Republican candidate and former President of the United States, Donald Trump.

“Had to wait a long time to post this. Let’s get @‌realdonaldtrump to collaborate on this post,” he said.

“Together, we are going to Make America Great Again,” the comment reads.

Social media users have been left in shock by the climb.

“Legend has it, he rode the American eagle down,” wrote one comment.

“HEROIC! GOD BLESS AMERICA,” said another.

“Definitely not a fan of the people who do this kind of stuff, but if he’s gonna do it, I love that he raised the flag,” said someone else.

“This is awesome! God bless this patriot,” another comment read.

Other viewers urged the influencer to give up his dangerous hobby, telling him to “stop risking” his life.

In 2016, Justin was sentenced to 30 days of community service on charges of reckless endangerment and trespassing for scaling the 1,776-foot-tall One World Trade Center.

In 2017, the then-teen was sentenced to three years of probation after climbing a 52-story condo building, as well as dangling from a spire at the top of another complex.
