Biden says killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh not helpful for ceasefire

On Thursday, U.S. President Joe Biden stated that the killing of Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh would not aid efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Biden also mentioned that he had a direct conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu earlier that day.
