Michigan Supreme Court upholds state agency's authority to pass stronger CAFO rules
By a 5-2 vote, the Michigan Supreme Court has upheld the right of a state regulator to impose more stringent rules on large livestock facilities to help protect Great Lakes water quality and the environment in general.
