‘It’s everything’ cry shoppers as they run to Asda for viral £28 jacket that takes you perfectly from summer to autumn

FASHION fans have labelled a supermarket buy as “viral perfection” that can be worn in summer and autumn.

It can easily be dressed up or down, and ticks the box for its on-trend print too.

So it’s no surprise that shoppers are racing to Asda to get their hands on the Tan Leopard Print Quilted Cropped Jacket.

The stylish buy is priced at £28 and comes in sizes 8-24.

Asda bosses are even hailing it as “THE jacket of the season”.

And it seems like fashionistas are in full agreement as they’ve insisted it’s “everything”.

Trying on the affordable find, shopping-daft mum Claire said: “George at Asda are absolutely smashing it with the leopard print this season!”

Someone else chimed in: “Got mine today and its gorjus.”

“I’m running to Asda thank you”, gushed a third.

A fourth wrote: “I [found] the viral leopard print jacket.

“It’s got that padded feel to it without actually being padded. It is super thin. So perfect for the British summertime, but also it would be great to layer in autumn/winter too. So perfect transitional throughout the whole year.

“Leopard print perfection.”

A fifth added: “Leopard print girlies, this quilted cropped jacket from Asda is everything.”

Meanwhile, a sixth cried: “OMG I NEED.”

The leopard print trend was extremely popular in the 90s – and it’s definitely found its way back to the high street this summer.

And just like other items from the decade – think baby tees and disc belts – the much-loved trend is back, with Primark leading the way with budget-friendly options.

So if you fancy channelling your inner Scary Spice with the spotty style then you’re in luck, as Asda has got your fashion needs covered across loads of items.

As well as their viral jacket, the supermarket is offering a tie-front waistcoat which is already sold out online, co-ord lounge set and a selection of dresses.

Elsewhere on the high street, a pair of denim shorts in the on-trend print have been hailed as the “perfect buy for summer” in Primark.

Fashion fans have also been loving the new low-rise maxi skirt, which is just £14, and £10 wide legged trousers hailed as “super comfy”.

Not only this, but shoppers can snap up a £16 maxi slip dress too, which is perfect for evenings abroad in the summer

And a £16 leopard print beaded bag has been branded the best accessory the store has ever released.

Why supermarket fashion is on top form, says Fabulous Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale

I love shopping at the supermarkets - over the past few years whilst certain high street stores have folded, the style down the aisles has gone from strength to strength.

Now when I head in to do my weekly food shop I always have to make a pit stop at the clothing section to see what’s new in.

Not only are the pieces a great price, but the supermarkets have really nailed what their customers want.

From core wardrobe staples, good quality denim, pretty dresses and fun accessories they really have everything covered.

These days I only buy my jeans from the supermarkets having pairs from both Tu at Sainsbury’s and F&F at Tesco.

And to me there’s no better feeling than someone complimenting your outfit for you to tell them it’s from a supermarket.

Last week I picked up a gorgeous black crossbody bag from Sainsbury’s at just £14 and I’ve had so many people tell me it looks a lot more expensive.

Working in fashion I get to see and feel a lot of clothes and I can tell you that the quality of the pieces from these shops are great, especially for the price
