EVEN though booking early might get you the most choice, last-minute holidays can also offer some good-value breaks.

In fact, Haven has added more deals for “every family and budget” this summer, even over the August bank holiday.

Location-wise, there are more than 35 parks to choose from, including Sussex, Dorset, Kent, Essex, Northumberland, Wales, and Scotland, to name a few.

Many holiday parks have swimming pools, waterslides, adventure villages, coastal views, and even direct beach access.

The cheapest holidays are available under Haven’s ‘Hideaway’ option, which is ideal for people who want to use the park as a base to explore the surrounding region.

Three-night stays

• 3 nights at Haggerston Castle, Berwick-upon-Tweed – from £229 per stay
• 3 nights at Caister-on-Sea, Great Yarmouth – from £335 per stay

Four-night stays
