Princetown double murderer sentenced to life without parole
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The man who was found guilty of killing his mom and her partner in Princetown has been sentenced to life without parole. Nicholas Fiebka was found guilty in Schenectady County Court after a trial by jury on June 7.
On November 22, 2022, police were called to a Reynolds Road home for a welfare check. Once there, they found Alesia Wadsworth and William Horwedel killed by gunfire. Fiebka was arrested and charged the next day. A grand jury later indicted him in connection with the deaths.
Fiebka was originally charged with the following:
- First-degree murder (two charges)
- Second-degree criminal possession of a weapon (two counts)
- Third-degree criminal possession of a weapon (two counts)
- Aggravated criminal contempt
- Tampering with physical evidence
- Criminal possession of a rapid-fire modification device
