Towie star Joe Blackman takes swipe at ex Harry Derbidge on social media following shock split

TOWIE star Joe Blackman has taken a huge swipe at his ex Harry Derbidge on social media following their shock split.

The Sun revealed today how Harry, 30, and Joe, 26, had called time on their relationship after getting together last year.

And now, the digital creator has unfollowed Harry’s cousin Amy Childs, 34, on Instagram – a move she’s reciprocated.

He and Harry have also removed each other from their follow lists.

Just a couple of weeks ago, though, the OG cast member called Joe “The One” and spoke excitedly about their future.

Speaking to us on the cast trip to Cyprus – where they stayed at Cap St Georges Hotel & Resort – Harry said: “I genuinely believe in my heart Joe is The One.

“I think me and Joe will be together [forever].”

Although Harry and Joe were not engaged, his cousin Amy Childs‘ fiance Bill Delbosq previously joked they would get married first.

Commenting on this, Harry continued: “Me and Joe have spoken about it.

“We always say if we ever get to that point and we do that, then we’ve always said Vegas.

“We want to do a Kourtney Kardashian and run to the little chapel and get married, that’s how we’ll do it because we just love being spontaneous.”

But an insider has revealed the couple have split and the break-up will play out in the upcoming series of Towie.

The source said: “Harry and Joe split up and everyone’s so upset for him.

“They really hoped Harry had found love but things crumbled and it was all caught on camera for the next series.

“Everyone is hoping they can get back together and work it out but it’s not looking good.”

Earlier this year Harry revealed how he and Joe – who has a son from a previous relationship – had even discussed starting a family.

He told Closer: “Where he has got a boy already, he always says to me, ‘If we have a baby, Harry, and we do surrogate, I will let you be the sperm donor so it is biologically yours. I’ve had mine already’.

“When he says things like that, I know he’s the right person for me.”
