Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin, leaders hail SC verdict on sub-classification of SC/STs

The Supreme Court's decision empowering states to make sub-classifications of SC/STs for internal quotas was hailed by Tamil Nadu CM M K Stalin as validation of the DMK's model for social justice. The verdict upheld a 3% internal quota for the arunthathiyar community. Leaders from PMK, CPM, and MDMK also applauded the ruling for promoting social justice.
