A team of researchers from POSTECH, including Professor Seyoung Kim, alumnus Kyungmi Noh, and PhD student Hyunjeong Kwak, alongside Professor Hyung-Min Lee from Korea University, has showcased the potential of Electrochemical Random Access Memory (ECRAM) devices to enhance the computational performance of artificial intelligence. Their findings have been published in the journal Science Advances
