Rain doesn't detour Toledo Jeep Fest enthusiasts

An early crowd of at least a hundred Jeep enthusiasts braved a torrential downpour late afternoon Friday to have an early look at vendor offerings at the Glass City Crawlers block party in downtown Toledo.
