Senate faces uphill battle on child online safety laws
The Senate has passed two monumental bills to increase child safety online but faces an uphill battle for them to become law. NBC News' Julie Tsirkin speaks with an advocate mother who continues to fight for social media regulations after the death of her son from online bullying.
