A father who got into a car crash in the middle of the night mysteriously disappeared and has been missing for two weeks.

William Orellana, 34, was reported missing on July 21 after last being seen the prior day around Barton and Santa Inez in Riverside, California, wrote the Upland Police Department on Wednesday.

Orellana ‘has not been seen or heard from since,’ stated the police department on Facebook.

A car belonging to the father-of-three was discovered crashed in Riverside, according to Missing People In America.

‘The car had crashed into a pole, but not hard enough to deploy the airbags,’ wrote the organization on Facebook.

Orellana’s girlfriend received a missed call from him at 3.52am on July 21 and that was the last communication, according to the group.

His missing poster included an image of him holding a child next to a woman wearing a white dress and holding flowers.

Orellana’s girlfriend, Kacey Silvas, said his loved ones are ‘devastated’.

‘We just want to know if he is OK,’ she said, according to The Independent.

Riverside police towed Orellana’s vehicle because it was posing a hazard blocking the road, said Ryan Rails, a spokesman with the force.

We never made contact with him,’ Rails told USA Today. ‘He wasn’t in the car at the time of the collision. And so it was just an empty car that somebody else hit.’

Orellana’s mother, Cyntia Hernandez, called it ‘the hardest thing a mother could go through’.

‘Especially when you have such a close relationship,’ she told CBS. ‘It’s been hard.’

Police have not found any signs of foul play in his disappearance.

Silvas said she does not know why Orellana, of Upland, was in the Riverside area because he does not have family or friends there.

Orellana has been described as five-foot-seven, of thin build and with tattoos on his head and neck.

Anyone with information on Orellana’s whereabouts is urged to contact the police department.
