OHP issues Silver Alert for 68-year-old Chandler man

CHANDLER, Okla. (KFOR) — The Oklahoma Highway Patrol have issued a Silver Alert for a missing man last seen in Chandler.

According to OHP, Billy Clark is 68 years old, 6'0" and 210 lbs. He was last seen Friday afternoon wearing a blue shirt, grey sweatpants, and tennis shoes.

Officials say Clark is diagnosed with dementia.
