Third man jailed for Birmingham shooting of young father

A third man has been jailed for the murder of a young father in a residential street in Birmingham almost four years ago.

Akeem Lawrence will serve at least 35 years behind bars. He was instrumental in the murder of Murtaza Nazir in a meticulously planned killing in Bagshaw Road, Stechford, on a Friday evening in August 2020.
