Inside Sweden: Has international rail travel in Europe got easier since 'flygskam'?

It's more than five years since flygskam or 'flight shame' took off in Sweden (and beyond), pushing those concerned about climate change to swap budget carriers for long journeys across Europe by rail. Has it got any more convenient?
