Chadian president warns of flooding threat in national capital
YAOUNDE, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Chadian President Mahamat Idriss Deby Itno on Friday warned of a flooding threat in the capital of N'Djamena after heavy rain battered the city for days.
