In her viral video, TikTok user Adriana (@lil.icons) broke down her anti-ageing secrets.

She explained that she avoids expensive beauty products and sticks to four basic products.

“I use good moisturizer, good cleansing stuff, good SPF cream, and good retinol serum, that’s it,” Adriana said.

She revealed that she previously tried hyaluronic serums and vitamin C serums but but said that her skin “didn’t respond very well.”

Adriana highlighted the importance of SPF, naming it as one of the two most important things you can do for your skin.

She recommended applying SPF 50 to both your face and your neck every day.

For her second go-to step, Adriana revealed that it’s not a topical hack.

She credited her youthful complexion with drinking a lot of water throughout the day.

“I always drink two litres per day and I’ve done this for years,” she explained.

“I always drink half a litre of water before breakfast and then at my break at work [I drink] another litre quickly, in 10 minutes.”

She added that she drinks a further two litres of water when she comes home from work.

Adriana told her followers that following her simple step leaves her with a glowing complexion.

TikTok users shared their thoughts on the advice in the comments section.

“You look 27,” wrote one impressed viewer.

“That’s my exact routine too, crazy,” said another person.
