The new season awaits

Wharfedale Rugby starts its preseason programme this Saturday, 10^th August, with both the 1^st Team and the Foresters in action at the Avenue against Blackburn RUFC. Blackburn play their rugby in North West Division 1, only one division lower than Dale, and they have finished in the top three for the last few seasons only narrowly missing out on promotion to National 2. The 1^st Teams have met preseason for the last couple of years and the matches have always been close and entertaining. Both matches kick-off at 2pm.
