1st LD: 4 killed, 23 missing in southwest China flash flood, mudslide

KANGDING, Sichuan, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) -- Four people had been killed and 23 others remained missing by 11 p.m. Saturday after a flash flood and mudslide struck the city of Kangding in southwest China's Sichuan Province, authorities said on Sunday.
