Three people sent to hospital after motorcycle crash in Jefferson county

JEFFERSON COUNTY (KSNT) - Three people are in the hospital after a motorcycle crash in Jefferson County.

According to the Kansas Highway Patrol Crash Logs, around 1:24 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, a 2012 Harley Davidson FLT Series and a 2017 Harley Davidson FHL Series carrying two people were traveling west on Highway K92 at Quail Hill Dr.

The rider of the 2017 Harley Davidson FHL Series was making a left turn when the other motorist failed to stop, hitting them in the side.

All three people were sent to the hospital with suspected serious injuries. No one was wearing a helmet, but everyone was wearing eye protection.
