It’s official: Blake Lively’s hair care line is finally available. The award-winning actress announced her new venture late last month and the beauty industry couldn’t be more excited. Out of all the celebrity beauty brands released, this one is surprising yet fitting. Her honey-blond tresses have always been her signature for her ultra-glamorous roles in projects like Gossip Girl or A Simple Favor. And now she’s created a line, Blake Brown, to help you bring that vibrant bounce to your strands.
With over seven years in the making, Lively called her new brand a “labor of love.” “I was determined to bottle up a premium, salon-quality hair care line that’s cleaner, cruelty-free, easier, yummier, more sustainable, and more accessible than anything I saw out there,” the mom of four said in a press release. And with her most expensive product costing just $25 it seems like she hit the nail right on the head.
Blake Brown consists of eight hair care products with a philosophy built on “a system that alternates between strengthening and nourishing formulas to deliver what healthy hair needs most – the right balance of strength and moisture,” according to the press release.
