The entertainment hub claims to have been designed especially “to provide families with a state of the art active indoor play arena to play in together”.

Included in its attractions are the tallest standing indoor slide in the UK, as well as a full indoor laser tag arena, interactive trampolines and zip wires.

Its website promises “as children’s play areas go, Play Factore offers the full play package”.

In addition to the UK’s tallest indoor slide, it also has the country’s largest indoor play frame, made up of a network of tunnels, slides and obstacles, including giant bubble balls, spider nets and rollers.

What’s more, for kids more into playing ball sports, it has a football pitch and a basketball court built into the play frame.

Another family favourite are the ValoJump trampolines, which have huge interactive screens in front of them, to make bouncing even more fun for youngsters.

Other high-flying fun can be found one the zip wire found running from one end of the building to the other.

The zipline sends kids soaring over the heads of other customers, taking in all that the play area has to offer.

Included in that is its laser tag arena, which has recently been newly refurbished with a Star Wars theme.

Kids and adults can go head-to-head with one other among glowing ultraviolet images of their favourite characters from the film series.

Further sci-fi fun can be found in the virtual reality pod, where a pair of players have to do battle with drones threatening to take over the galaxy, using state of the art VR equipment.

More retro gaming action is seen in Play Factore’s arcade, with racing bikes, air hockey, super whack-a-mole and arcade shooters among the machines available for kids and adults to play on.
