Pak Suzuki expands market reach with car exports to Afghanistan and Bangladesh

The Pakistani automobile company, Pak Suzuki Motors, has announced its commencement of car exports to Afghanistan and Bangladesh in collaboration with the Special Investment Board of Pakistan.

This initiative aims to enhance the quality and competitiveness of locally manufactured cars in global markets, as reported by Hiroshi Kawanura, the CEO of Pak Suzuki Motors, on Samaa TV Pakistan on Saturday, August 3rd.

Rana Tanveer Hussain, Pakistan’s Minister for Industries and Production, highlighted the objectives behind exporting cars to Afghanistan and Bangladesh, including increased efficiency, reduced costs, and expanding the production base and consumer market for Pak Suzuki Motors.

He commended the achievements of the company, noting that Pak Suzuki Motors has produced 2.5 million cars in Pakistan. Founded in 1982 by a Japanese automobile manufacturer, Pak Suzuki Motors is one of Pakistan’s largest automotive parts assembly companies.

The company has also announced plans to manufacture hybrid cars aimed at environmental conservation and reducing fuel consumption in Pakistan.
