To accommodate growing demand for overnight stays, Muirfield Village Golf Club turned to Ruscilli to construct “The Lodge at Muirfield Village”. This 11,600 square foot country estate offers short-term luxury living for golf club members and guests and consists of 12 individual suites with spacious private patios, screened porches, fireplaces, bath areas, whirlpool tubs, sitting garden, and dense landscaping.Subsequently, Ruscilli was asked to construct several Club Villas. Located directly on the golf course, the Villas cater to professional golfers competing at the Tournament and consist of six new four-bedroom residences that share a common gathering room for dining and relaxation.
